Jessica Carter has practised in the area of family law for over a decade, initially in a Sydney boutique firm before joining Barkus Doolan Winning in 2023. Jessica has extensive experience in a range of family law matters, in particular complex financial proceedings, as well as spouse maintenance and child support matters. She also has experience in a range of parenting matters, with a focus on negotiating or mediating wherever possible, as well as experience in high conflict litigated parenting matters when necessary. Jessica is focused on achieving the best possible outcome efficiently by providing practical and responsive advice.
