Overview
Marie-Louise has worked exclusively in Family Law since 2017 and was admitted to practice as a solicitor in 2018. Initially working in a boutique family law firm, Marie – Louise joined Barkus Doolan Winning in 2021. Marie – Louise has experience in a broad range of family law matters, including complex parenting and property, child support, spouse maintenance, contraventions, and divorce. Marie – Louise’s background in psychology allows her to approach any family law issue from a unique perspective. Marie-Louise is compassionate and practical in her approach to obtain the best possible outcome for her clients, and if judicial intervention is required, Marie – Louise is also experienced in advocacy.
Marie-Louise is currently undertaking a Master of Applied Law (Family Law) at the College of Law. Marie-Louise is also a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
