Damian was admitted to practice in 2012.

After admission, Damian worked for 4 years in commercial litigation at a top tier international law firm before making the switch to family law. Damian’s experience in commercial litigation gives him expertise in cases involving complex financial structures.

Damian has experience in family law, financial matters and parenting disputes. Damian is focussed on resolving client’s matters in a cost-effective manner that also limits the adverse impact of relationship breakdown on clients and their families.

Damian is skilled at utilising mechanisms and processes that enable clients to resolve disputes by negotiation. Where the intervention of the court is necessary, Damian is an experienced advocate for his clients.
