Tilley has worked exclusively in family law since her admission in 2018. She has built a distinguished career, having worked at top tier family law firms both in Sydney and London. During her time in London, Tilley specialised in representing high profile and ultra-high net worth individuals in complex financial matters. Her work regularly involved multi-jurisdictional disputes across the United States of America, Jersey, Cayman Islands, Monaco, Italy, France and the United Arab Emirates.  

Tilley has extensive experience across both parenting and property matters, including advising on Binding Financial Agreements, spousal maintenance and child support, as well as allegations of abuse and child abduction.
