JESSICA CAMPBELL
Family Lawyer
Overview
Jessica has worked exclusively in family law since 2017, having commenced work as a paralegal during her university studies.
Prior to joining Barkus Doolan Winning, Jessica was associate to his Honour Justice Aldridge in Division 1 of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and was admitted to practice in 2022.
During her time at Court, Jessica gained a wealth of experience in complex parenting and property matters in both first instance and appellate litigation, including:
- Surrogacy matters
- International relocation and Hague convention applications
- Jurisdictional and threshold disputes
- Allegations of domestic violence, abuse and risk
- Complex high net worth property disputes
Jessica holds both a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in psychological studies. In 2026, she received a Master of Applied Law specialising in Family Law.
Jessica takes great pride in her down-to-earth personality and calm approach to the difficult and emotional situations which are commonplace in family law. Jessica is passionate about providing transparent and honest advice to ensure clients understand their options and the possible outcomes.
