JASON NEO

Jason was admitted to practice law in New South Wales in 2015 and has worked as a solicitor advocate in various areas including: family law, criminal law; and estate litigation. He was accredited as a specialist in family law in 2020. Since then he has concentrated his practice in high-value and complex family law property settlement disputes involving issues of equitable claims, corporation laws, and private international laws.

Jason takes pride in his ability to take a pragmatic and culturally sensitive approach in assisting his clients achieve the best possible outcome considering the circumstances they find themselves in.

Originally from Singapore, Jason is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Taiwanese. He is also conversant in Bahasa Malaysia. Due to his language capacity, Jason takes pride in being able to serve clients from different communities who speak little or no English.
